DESCRIPTION:- Online school on new dates: 16 - 20 November 2020 –\nThe 
 originally-scheduled KMI school 2020 in March is now postponed to be held 
 online in November.\nThe 3rd KMI school will be held with a topic 
 “Machine Learning in Particle an Astrophysics”\, which is one of the 
 most rapid-developed fields in various research areas recently. While many
  of data analysis techniques have been developed and contributed to 
 progress in particle physics and astrophysics until now\, recent machine-
 learning-based analysis surprisingly improves speed and quality of data 
 analysis in various fields\; collider\, neutrinos\, dark matter\, 
 astrophysics\, and observational cosmology\, etc. Next break-through in 
 these research areas would be achieved with the help of this new idea\, 
 and might reveal yet unknown nature of particle and the universe.\nThis is
