With some focus on flavor physics including B\, charm and tau physics\, broad topics will be discussed in the workshop. The aim of the workshop is to provide an opportunity for young researchers and students to learn the cutting edge researches as well as basics of flavor physics in areas of experimental and theoretical particle physics. For young students\, various lectures are scheduled\, which will be given by talented young researchers in areas of experimental and theoretical particle physics\, including introduction to particle physics\, Belle II detector and SuperKEKB accelerator\, Belle II physics\, and other flavor experiments and theories\, as well as sessions of either oral or poster presentation\, in the workshop. The best talk/poster awards will be sent to those giving an excellent talk. We warmly welcome all participants in various areas of experimental and theoretical physics.
